Firstly, let me just say that I haven't forgotten about deviantart. I make my daily rounds and still see everything that has been going on. I've been looking to start dabbling in watercolors, but for right now I'm stuck in Minnesota with nothing but a sketch pad and a mechanical pencil. So the time has come for me to re-explore portraits. I have been doing the occasional portrait and surreal type drawing throughout the year but they were gift arts that I didn't have time to scan in and post. But NOW I have no excuse I'm filling up a sketchbook with some new faces. Some of these faces can be seen below. In fact I'm going to keep an updated list of reference photos that I use at the bottom of this page so I don't loose the links when it's time to give credit where credit is due.
